This 8,600 square foot duplex penthouse apartment, located at the 62nd and 63rd floors of the 50 West residential towers, offers magnificent panoramic views of the New York and New Jersey skylines. The objective of the renovation was to create a spacious, modern home for the Client that exploited stunning views in each room while maintaining an open but functional plan. Living and entertainment spaces are intentionally partition-free to allow for unobstructed layering of space, while sleeping quarters are generously spacious. The dining room features a custom 9’-0” wide acrylic aquarium that houses several species of exotic fish. Custom millwork, new finishes, high efficiency lighting, and extensive provisions for artwork create a unique and luxurious environment for New York City living.
